For concrete construction companies! Introducing examples of how to work more efficiently!

We would like to introduce a case study on the use of the concrete quality management system "Poc-tech." Before the pouring, we held a review meeting using the "Pouring Plan" to confirm the workflow for the day with our partner contractors and ready-mix concrete companies. Since detailed information can be recorded, it became easier to share information and incorporate feedback and opinions from everyone. As a result, we were able to prepare in advance for work efficiency, safety measures, and responses to potential issues, allowing us to carry out the pouring work smoothly on the day. Additionally, the "Construction Status Monitoring Checklist" helped improve quality and clearly identified the items that younger employees and partner contractors, who are still relatively new, should manage. "Poc-tech" automatically generates graphs, making it very convenient.
